What we believe

Four positions we actually work to.

01

Good manufacturing begins before production.

By the time fabric is cut, most of the cost and most of the risk have already been decided.

02

Better communication reduces surprises.

Status a buyer is told is worth more than status a buyer has to chase.

03

Better development creates better commercial outcomes.

A resolved specification gets an accurate quotation. A vague one gets a defensive one.

04

Long-term programs are built through consistency.

The second shipment matching the first is the product. Everything else is a sample.

Why AHM

Six reasons worth one test order.

None of these are claims about being the biggest or the cheapest. They are the things that decide whether a second order follows the first.

01

Commercial Thinking

Costing is built from the digitised marker for your actual size ratio, not an average consumption figure. That is why a quotation holds when the order is placed instead of moving.

02

Development First

We list what a specification leaves open before quoting it. An unanswered question is priced defensively by every factory you send it to. Resolving it first is the cheapest money you will save.

03

Flexible Sourcing

When a fabric prices above target we present the alternative alongside the original, with the trade-off named. Most quotations come back high and silent, which leaves you to guess what to change.

04

Buyer Visibility

Every sample round is produced against a written comment sheet, so each one closes specific points rather than restarting the conversation. Approval converges instead of circling.

05

FOB Experience

Documented FOB export from Port Qasim, Karachi to the United States. A 65/35 poly-cotton stain-managed bib apron program. One documented lane, stated plainly, rather than a world map of destinations we have never shipped to.

06

Long-Term Program Mindset

Cut panels are bundled and ticketed by shade lot, so a sleeve and a body from different lots never reach the same garment. Consistency across reorders is the product. It is not a bonus, and it is not luck.

The record

What we can evidence.

Most supplier sites publish a capacity figure, a headcount and a wall of certification logos. We publish what we can produce a document for. If that list is shorter, at least every line of it survives a question.

Verification

Don't take this page on trust.

Every supplier says the same things about quality and service. The difference between a claim and a fact is whether you can check it, so here is how to check this one. None of it requires AHM’s cooperation to start.

  1. 01

    Ask for the registration documents

Company registration and tax registration (NTN), sent directly. We do not publish an NTN on this page until the number is verified — ask for it in writing. If a supplier hesitates, that is your answer about everything else on their site.

  2. 02

    Check the exporter registers

Pakistan's Trade Development Authority publishes exporter listings with company name, address and tax number. A supplier that appears where they say they operate is a supplier that exists.

  3. 03

    Request a physical sample

The most reliable audit of a factory is a garment it made. Send a specification and judge the construction, the measurements and the finish in your hands rather than on a screen.

  4. 04

    Nominate your own inspection agency

SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or your own QA. A supplier confident in their output does not object to someone else opening the cartons before they ship. AHM confirms third-party inspection arrangements in writing against the sealed sample.

  5. 05

Ask what a claim rests on

For any figure on any supplier's site, ask what document supports it. That question is why this site publishes a short list rather than a long one.

The work

Development, production, and everything between.

Technical pack open on the development table beside a reference garment
Fabric lay being cut against a marker on the cutting table
Inspector checking a finished garment against the approved sample
Finished goods staged in the warehouse ahead of dispatch

TEST US WITH ONE STYLE.

The most useful thing you can do with a new supplier is give them something real and small. Send one specification.
